| 1. I have been waiting for 2 days and still no delivery yet? First check your account to see if you are in PLAY mode. You will not receive any deliveries if the button displayed on your account is still in PAUSE mode. With some web browsers you can sometimes experience a glitch whereby the PAUSE button does not want to change to PLAY. It changes for a few seconds to PLAY, but then switches back to PAUSE. We don’t know why this happens possibly due to connection speed. You need to log off and log on again. Eventually you should be able to change your account status to PLAY mode. We usually deliver within 24 hours. If you are in PLAY mode and you still have not received anything after 48 hours, then your delivery is delayed probably because we waiting for one or two discs to be returned from customer, or movies is misfiled, or damaged, etc. Most of our stock we have multiple copies, but to ensure quick deliveries without any delays, try to have at least 8 or more available titles in your Rental Q. Remember you can edit and re-arrange the movies in your Q according to your preferential order anytime. Back to Top 2. How do I know which movies you have available on Blu-ray only? The best is to move your mouse over the MOVIES button which will cause a window to appear with a list of genres. Move your mouse and highlight BLU-RAY and press enter. All the movies we have available on Blu-ray will be displayed. Alternatively when you browse our selection move your mouse over movie posters and a small window will appear with info such as actors, directors, synopsis and available format. Back to Top 3. I am experiencing problems signing up on your website with birthday date format? When signing up, ignore the step where it asks you to insert your birthday. Once your account is activated, you can then edit and insert your birthday date. Back to Top 4. How can I rent more movies/games when I have used up my allocation for the month? To order extra discs, simply click on the EXTRA RENTAL button below each movie/game title. They will be saved under your Extra Rental List and sent to you for a delivery fee of R25. Back to Top 5. How can I leave a message for the delivery guy? You can write a message in your Delivery Note on your account, e.g. Ring doorbell to open gate, deliver before 5pm, etc. Back to Top 6. I accidentally requested a delivery by hitting the PAUSE button, but I am not ready for my new batch. How do I cancel delivery request? When you request a delivery, your account status changes from PAUSE to PLAY mode. If your order has not been processed yet, it's very easy to cancel your delivery request by simply pressing the PLAY button so that it reverses back to PAUSE mode. Back to Top 7. I purchased a discount voucher (e.g. Groupon, City Mob, etc) and I don't know how to redeem it on the website? You cannot redeem the voucher on website. Please email us a copy of your voucher and the following information: Your Name, Surname, I.D. Number, Email adress, Delivery adress, Postal Code and Tel. numbers. We need this to create an account for you. Your login details and password will be emailed to you so that you are able to access your movie allocation on the website. Back to Top 8. How long does it take to get my movies/games delivered to my home or work after I press the PAUSE button on my account? As soon as you press the PAUSE button, we will package your requested movies/games. An independent scooter bike delivery company picks up all packages between 4-5pm daily at our store Mondays - Thursdays. These packages are then distributed between a fleet of drivers assigned to various suburbs. On their way home they may deliver a few packages, but vast majority are delivered early the next day. So essentially, if you press the PAUSE button before 4pm, you will get you delivery the next day. There are no deliveries over Weekends and Public Holidays. If you press the PAUSE button over a weekend, you will only get your delivery on a Monday afternoon. Back to Top 9.Which movies will be sent from MY RENTAL QUEUE when I press the PAUSE button? We normally deliver available titles from the top of your RENTAL Q list. A movie that says “Short Wait” means it is currently out to another online user. We normally stock more than one copy of popular movies, even as much as 6 each on DVD and Blu-ray. This ensures you don’t wait months to see a popular movie. Back to Top 10.What are your prices? Back to Top 11.Why don’t you have any cheaper Rental Plans available under R150? We have accumulated a wide range of classic movies on DVD over many years. To ensure our DVDs, Blu-ray discs and Games don’t get lost, damaged or stolen; we cannot use the local postal service. We use a R90 from all our rental plans to pay a delivery company every month for 3 deliveries/pickups. This means our entry-level Rental Plan of R150 for 6 movies per month, we only make a R60 (R10 each). Back to Top 12.How do I make a list of movies I want to see on my new account? You will need a TV or Projector that is 3D ready, a high speed HDMI cable and a 3D Blu-ray player. Simply look for the 3D Blu-ray logo on these products. If it does not have the logo on it, then most likely it is not 3D ready. LCD, Plasma and projectors that are 3D normally supply a set of 3D Shutter glasses. If you have a surround sound system, then you may need a AV receiver that is 3D ready. Back to Top 16.What do I do with the movies at home when I am done with it? We will only collect the movies when you request your next delivery by pressing the PAUSE button. You need to give the delivery guy your old batch of movies in exchange for your new batch. When two users have the same movies in their Rental Q and press the PAUSE button at the same time, our system will allocate available movies to only one of them. Movies in your Q that say "Short Wait" are out to other users. To prevent delays with your delivery, always check your RENTAL Q if you have a minimum of 6 movies that say "available" before you press the PAUSE button. Back to Top 18.I am going on holiday for a few weeks. How do I stop my delivery of movies and recurring debit order for this period? Under the MY ACCOUNT section of your account, select the button PUT ON HOLD. You will be asked to select the duration of time (in months) you need to suspend your account and click YES to update. By doing this your debit order will be stopped during this period and delivery guy will get a message to collect remaining movies at your home. When you come back from your holiday, your debit order and monthly movie allocation will automatically continue again. Back to Top 19.I am currently on a Bronze Rental plan where movies are delivered to my home 2 discs at a time. How do I upgrade to a Gold or Platinum Plan so that I can get delivery of more discs? You need to select CANCEL under MY ACCOUNT section of your account and then create a new account by going through the signing up process again.
